What to check before you choose

Business adoption brings questions that personal use does not. Where is your data processed and stored, is it used to train the vendor's models, and can you turn that off? Does the tool meet whatever compliance regime you operate under? Is there a real support channel when something breaks mid-campaign? Those answers come from the vendor's own terms and data-processing documentation, not from a directory listing, and they are worth reading before a tool touches customer data.
